What a great discussion Sarah! I appreciate the opportunity to discuss the frightening rabbit holes our kids are pulled into and what we can do to minimize the damage. We need to be more aware than ever.

Thanks for reading/listening Lindie. Our brains and hormones have been shown to change based on time spent giving care. So it’s time and behavior that make a difference.
